The Great hall
This is shared with the Primary School. Hiring times are term time weekdays from 17:30 hrs / all day Saturday and Sunday. No restriction during school holidays.
Dimensions 17m x 9.8m seats up to 150 people
The Community Room
Ideal for meetings, parties etc. It is available day times & evenings all year.
Dimensions 8.6m x 7.3m seats up to 100 people
There is a serving hatch to the kitchen.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with two ovens, a microwave, utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses
The Office
The office is available for small meetings / presentations of training sessions

NB: Yealmpton based organisations and regular hirers are eligible for a 25% discount
- Heating, electricity, use of chairs, tables, crockery, cultlery etc are all included in the hire charge
- Parking is free and plentiful – overflow parking is available on request
- Assistance with the management of your event is available at no extra charge
South Hams Council licensing laws stipulate our venues must be vacated by midnight (11pm on Sundays). YCA Hire Charges now include a PRS/PPL licence which allows hirers to legally play live and recorded music.
Hirers are responsible for cleaning the venues at the end of their session. However, a cleaning service is available on request at an extra charge.

Light replacement in Yealmpton Community centre
