MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM for Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA)

The MUGA is available for community use from 5.30pm - 9.00pm (or dusk, whichever is earlier) on weekdays during school term time and from 8.30am - 9.00pm (or dusk, whichever is earlier) on all other days.

  • Annual membership costs £25.00 and covers all members of your household
  • Membership runs from 1st May to 30th April. No refunds will be made.
  • A responsible adult must be present at all times.
  • The MUGA has an electronically locked gate; access requires you to ring 07922 071509 from your registered mobile phone.
  • You can use the MUGA at any time it has not been pre-booked. You can reserve a session by adding your name to the booking list by the MUGA gate.

Cash or cheques, in a sealed envelope clearly marked with your name, can be placed in the secure postbox by the Community Centre main door. Cheques to Yealmpton Community Association
